Terms and Conditions:

• Eligibility: The Climate Action Excellence Award 2023 Application is open to organizations, institutions, and companies in India who have implemented innovative and impactful projects aimed at mitigating climate change, adapting to its impacts, or promoting sustainable practices.
• Application Process: To apply for the Climate Action Excellence Award 2023, applicants must complete and submit above application form, including all required information and supporting documents. A registration fee of INR 590 (GST Inclusive) per entry is required.
• Important Dates:

1. Deadline for Entries – 15 August 2023
2. Shortlists Announced – September 2023
3. Awards Ceremony – September 2023, New Delhi

• Assesment Process: All applications will be evaluated by a panel of experts selected by the organizers of the Climate Action Excellence Award 2023. The panel of experts will shortlist the applicants and winners will be selected from the shortlisted applicants. The judges’ decision is final and binding.
• Awards: The Climate Action Excellence Award 2023 will be presented to the winners at an award ceremony scheduled for September 2023 in New Delhi. The organizers reserve the right to change the date and location of the ceremony.
• Publication and Promotion: By submitting an application, applicants agree to allow the organizers to use their names, logos, and project descriptions for publication and promotion purposes, including but not limited to social media, press releases, and websites.
• Intellectual Property: Applicants retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in their projects. By submitting an application, applicants grant the organizers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their project descriptions for publication and promotion purposes.
• Confidentiality: The organizers will treat all information submitted in the applications as confidential, except for information that is publicly available or obtained through other sources.
• Disqualification: The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any applicant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any conduct that is harmful, illegal, or unethical.
• Limitation of Liability: The organizers shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the Climate Action Excellence Award 2023 or related activities, including but not limited to the application process, judging, or award ceremony.
• Registration Fee: The registration fee of INR 590(GST Inclusive) per entry is non-refundable and must be paid at the time of application. Payment must be made through the online payment system provided on the application form.
• Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by NCT of Delhi and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction.
• Amendments: The organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Applicants are responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions regularly to stay informed of any changes.
